About Us
We’re writing a fitness book for you individually. This means we can only accept 50 clients at a time. We care about the process and want to be able to service every client properly. Our service is run by two people, Magaly Alcantar & Wayne Stadler. Nothing is outsourced. We know our limits and to create the best service possible we have set our capacity appropriately.
There is no use of assisted writing programs or language related generative AI in any of the books provided. They are typed in their entirety by Wayne Stadler.
“You’re not on social media”. Correct, we’re not frauds trying to appear like we know what we’re doing. We’ve been in the fitness industry since 2008 and get enough business. We don’t need IG pictures of us driving McLarens to appear successful. We’re not here to push an agenda or snake oil, we’re here to make people feel better about themselves for the rest of their lives.
We work based on science and facts. Science is fluid. We adjust methods overtime to keep up with the current literature.
We are not medical doctors. If you have any kind of medical issues what-so-ever, do not sign up for our program. Medical issues require medical solutions. Not fitness solutions.

Our educational qualifications include majors in dietetics and exercise science. Since 2008 we’ve coached an international class of competitive marathon runners, worked in the food industry, worked directly with farm to table facilities, facilitated organic CSA deliveries and counseled fitness. We also practice what we preach. Magaly travels around the world to run marathons while Wayne has strength trained for over eight years, plays basketball competitively and continues his education with fitness and nutrition by being continuously enrolled in year round continued education to maintain a working knowledge of the new science and trends involved with nutrition and exercise.
