We send you an in depth assessment to determine what your goals are and how we can successfully achieve your desired results.

We follow up with you regarding your answers and give you feedback on your questionnaire so that we can determine the most effective way to tackle those goals and set expectations.

We put together a personalized e-book just for you. This book will detail how to achieve the goals you requested as well as facts, tips and tricks for any other type of fitness that you will be able to take with you for the rest of your life. If you’re looking to increase strength, we’ll give a list of exercises that you can do with the equipment you have, or in the case that you don’t have anything, we’ll craft the process around that. Everything will be detailed and curated for your specific situation. If you’re looking at simple weight loss, we’ll include a simplified diet plan and the guidance on how to maintain long term adherence to achieve your dreams. We’ll craft the plan to work for you whether you have an unlimited budget to spend on getting in shape, or you only have ramen noodles for dinner every night. We try to factor in every variable. Your book will average 50-100 pages.

We’ll check in with you weekly to answer any questions you might have. We’ll also gauge your thoughts and opinions on the book we formulated for you. We want you to achieve your results. That’s why we’re here. Say an exercise doesn’t feel right for your strength training, or a food doesn’t settle well with you, we’ll analyze what about that exercise/food didn’t work and come up with an alternative for you. We will continue to work and evolve with your needs and stay in touch for as long as you want.

The Assessment, The Book and The Consultation

The Assessment and Follow-Up

  • You will be emailed a total body profile assessment questionnaire within 24 hours of purchase. You will then receive a follow-up to the assessment to gain further clarity on your specific goals.

The Book

  • We will write a 50-100 page personalized fitness book based on your assessment. The book will be sent digitally and is designed to be focused on your desires as determined by our assessment/follow-up with you. If you’re looking to increase strength, muscle, reduce weight, improve diet or any other specific goal, that’s what the primary topic will be about in your book. Turnaround time for you receiving your book will be approximately seven days.

The Consultation

  • There will be continued weekly communication via email for one month after you receive the book so we can further fine tune and adjust the book/plan for your long term success. This is so we can remove exercises that you may discover don’t work for you, adjust food plans that don’t fit your lifestyle, etc. We want you to achieve your goals. That’s why this communication is key.

That means if life gets in the way and demands too much time for you to achieve your body goals, you will always be able to revisit your plan and realize your dreams at some point down the line. The information in these books will never cease to be relevant. These are all proven exercises and proven diet methods. These facts will never change.
